From weddings and private celebrations to catered events, and serving thousands of Husker fans in downtown Lincoln, she knows how to keep the flow and the energy high.

She has a passion for bringing people together, turning ordinary gatherings into unforgettable moments, and making every guest feel welcome. Whether she's crafting signature menus, designing unique event experiences, or dreaming up the next creative idea, her goal is always the same: to help people connect, celebrate, and make lasting memories.

When she's not behind the bar, you'll find Chelsea spending time with her husband and two kids, coaching fitness classes, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, enjoying the outdoors, or planning her next move.
